•    Choose the right toothbrush. The toothbrush is a vital part in the matter of oral hygiene. It is highly suggested to choose the comfortable toothbrush with soft bristle. Never use hard bristle because it can damage the tooth enamel. Remember to replace a toothbrush every 3 or 4 month when the bristle has worn out and unable to clean the teeth effectively.

Make sure to include flossing in your daily routine because it is also an essential part for the oral hygiene.

Mouthwash is not the necessary part when it comes to oral hygiene but it still offers the extra benefit for those who use it. It can kill the bacteria that are still left after brushing and flossing. The most important thing that people must consider is choosing the non alcoholic mouthwash. Alcohol will only dry out the people mouth and eventually it will cause more bacteria to growth.
